TRUCK WHEEL POLISHING MACHINE SPINDLE COVER

All Mark and Redline Series come with a Spindle Cover. The Spindle Cover mounts directly over the spindle’s main double roller bearing (that is also warrantied for three years). This will provide cover for the operator and is notched out to match the spindle’s smaller end near the LH brass nut. This allows the operator to enter a rear/drive rim more efficiently, minimizing loss of materials

TRUCK WHEEL POLISHING MACHINE TIMKEN BEARING

Mechanical Technologies now offers a high-speed bearing with two wide rollers inside one flange bearing. In the past, due to the high speeds needed for the final polishing stage, the radial ball bearing was the only option. NOW, a new high-speed roller bearing is available for a higher RPM. We can now offer a full three-year warranty on all solid components.

TRUCK WHEEL POLISHING MACHINE LIQUID ROUGE DISPENSER

Our Exclusive Liquid Rouge Dispenser (that mounts to the Spindle Cover), easily permits the operator to use the toggle switch to dispense a 50/50% rouge directly onto the rim while being polished. The polishing wheel media, meant to “hold” the rouge, can be consistently applied to the buffs. Therefore, not only the life of the buffs is extended, the costs of the bars ($3-$5) reduces down to near a dollar. The spray nozzles can be adjusted and also moved out of the way. An additional liability feature is the operator can rely on a viewing wall/window without the need to apply rouge with a hand-held or wall mounted rouge bar.

TRUCK WHEEL POLISHING MACHINE HYDRAULIC ADJUSTABLE 11.5* TILT

With a new hydraulic power pack, now can tilt the table more than 15*. This allows you to offset horizontally and use the cone shaped buffs without changing and also clean-up the inner bead area inside the rim. Our 42-year-old Mark ONE model had a vertical air tilt, the T2 has the ram/piston and power pack tucked away horizontally out of view.

With a substantially smaller footprint, at 48” x 52” bolt requirement. This provides the operator a much more spacious work area ease and comfort. The tilt mechanism for the rotating table uses a vertical “Lazy Susan”, so there is no longer a need for a 2nd Table/Cradle side.

The T2 contains all the same components we have used for the past ten years. Although, now it comes at just more than half the weight- 1500 pounds. The T2 also has built in “Hydraulic ­Crib­ Jack”, you can simply raise it with a steerable handle, without the need of a forklift. In addition, it can be placed easily inside an enclosed car hauler for Mobile Polishing.

TRUCK WHEEL POLISHING MACHINE ROTATING TABLE

One of the many great features included with TITAN Mfg.’s table systems. Our inverter duty class motor RPM can turn the table as slowly as ½ an RPM to avoid rounding any holes and valve stems (or use our Valve-Stem-Hitch), or cutting the rim more slowly. It can easily be speed up to 15 RPM, with quick reverse. The wheel/rim may be clamped from the inside and outside. With control of the toggled lever, the air piston under the table can be reversed, using an additional set of inner aluminum chucks. Additionally, an Inner Cone can be clamped inside a rear/drive rim, after lining up 2 lug nut holes. Ordinarily, the tire (up to 42.5”) can be left on without the hassle of removing it. The Valve-Stem-Hitch can be used when the nut and Schrader valve are removed off the valve stem. This device allows you to drop the hole valve stem into the rim, and raise it up when you have completed the rim polishing.
